Our refund policy is All Sales Final. Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Our products are shipped within 24 Hours using the following carriers: USPS. Due to the COVID, your order can possibly be delayed by USPS, which is out of our control. If your order is not received or seems to be stuck in transit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shay Cosmetics LLC is doing our part to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers. We have taken action to make sure we are keeping up with state-mandated steps to make sure our staff is following proper health guidelines to be able to get our products to you as safely as possible.
